Behavioral Activation Therapy (BAT) and Accept and Commit Therapy (ACT) will make sense to you as helpful to men and similar to each other because they are both about taking action, not just expressing emotions.

We covered how it is that in psychotherapy, women heal and get benefits out of emotional expression. In contrast, men get benefits out of taking actions that lead to successfully getting to goals.
These two styles of therapy are almost definitive of these male instinctual tendencies.
